Do You Think That These Are The Best Solutions?

Get In Shape Using Appetite Controlling Healthy Foods

By Mary Langley

Sometimes difficult to carry out, the theory behind losing weight is rather simple-- burn more calories than you take in. To lose one pound a week, for example, you must eat 500 calories less per day than you are currently eating.

The truth is that the bodies don't actually need too much calories to live. Scientists have discovered that the human body can go two to three weeks without food before it dies. The thing that makes fat loss challenging, however, is the reason that our bodies will fool us right into feeling that we are starving, even if we're carrying around tons of extra body fat that could be metabolized right into energy.

Don't get me wrong -- desire for food really does serve a purpose. With an ideal-weight woman / man, appetite is the cue to absorb even more extra calories, as they will very soon be required to continue simple life functions. An obese woman doesn't necessarily need these calories, though, and the craving for food simply tricks us into thinking that we do.

Certain foods we eat can actually suppress the appetite, make us feel fuller longer and, as a result, cause us to eat less.

Get Slimmer by eating Appetite Curbing Healthy foods

As a general rule, foods high in fiber will make you feel fuller longer because their bulkiness will stretch the stomach and trigger the body's appetite suppression system. Nuts and seeks, like pine nuts and flax seeds, also trick the body into thinking we are fuller than we really are.

Although not necessarily a "food", simply drinking a full glass of water prior to a meal will suppress the appetite, take up room and result in a lower caloric intake. The same is true for green tea herb, because it is known that it stimulates the release of a bodily hormone responsible for curbing of your appetite and it is believed to as well boost metabolic rate.

And also, in the end, those of you having a sweet tooth will undoubtedly be happy to understand that dark chocolate is truly a wight lost aid as the bitterness works as a natural hunger controller.
