Natural Treatment For MS Is A Mixed Bag

Light exercise everyday and visualization or meditation are other things many do to help in their disease management.

In terms of prognosis, it is hard to give a definite one to a patient. Many factors must come into consideration such as age and sex. Those who have MS do have a decreased life expectancy when compared to those who do not have MS. Usually the decrease falls in the 5 to 10 year range. Most will lose their ability walk prior to death.
